On a sabbath Jesus went to dine at the home of one of the leading Pharisees, and the people there were observing him carefully. In front of him there was a man suffering from dropsy. Jesus spoke to the scholars of the law and Pharisees in reply, asking, “Is it lawful to cure on the sabbath or not?”

Today the absurd polemic returns. We are on Saturday: attention! What will Jesus do? For the moment, He is asking a question ... It is as if He were saying: is it fair to love on the Sabbath, or not? Is it fair to help others on Saturday, or not? ... - Some people who called them "very religious" had doubts: "they kept silent." What do you say?
