Jesus said to his disciples: “I tell you, unless your righteousness surpasses that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will not enter into the Kingdom of heaven."
Gospel's Commentary
Today the Scribes and the Pharisees stand out yet again. It is very hard what Jesus says about them! Christ is God and He can read what is truly in our hearts. The Scribes and the Pharisees were believers who were outstanding followers of the minute details of the law. They always abided by the law but they did not love… - Let's be honest and examine our hearts, lest we fall into the hypocrisy of one who abides by the law and is dishonest at the same time, typical of those people who so outraged Jesus Christ.
