Gospel text
Mk 3:7-12
Jesus withdrew toward the sea with his disciples. A large number of people followed from Galilee and from Judea. Hearing what he was doing, a large number of people came to him also from Jerusalem, from Idumea, from beyond the Jordan, and from the neighborhood of Tyre and Sidon (...). He had cured many.
Gospel's Commentary
Today our heart is filled with joy when we see so many people following Jesus. He listens to them and heals them. God accepts everyone without distinction. He does not care about where they come from, or whether it is Sabbath or a Thursday. We have to do good to all and at all times. — Jesus, grant me a big heart to fit everyone in it!
