Then the Lord Jesus, after he spoke to them, was taken up into heaven (...). But they went forth and preached everywhere, while the Lord worked with them.
Gospel's Commentary
Today we celebrate St. Mark while listening to the last words of his Gospel. After the Ascension of Jesus, the Apostles began to preach with impetus and resolution. The whole world! They evangelized with such force that they used every possible means: not only the word, but they also wrote down the life of Our Lord. Mark is one of four evangelists.
