Saint John the Evangelist: "The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us"

Today we hear the Prologue to the Gospel of Saint John. It is very profound. It proclaims the divinity of the Child born of the Virgin Mary: He is God-Son. He has become a man, one of us. He wants to have his "home" among us. But, despite everything, many have not accepted it! -The shepherds and simple people have received it.
