Today Jesus goes to heaven. He says goodbye to the disciples: he asks them to preach his teaching throughout the world. They see Jesus ascending, until a cloud hides him. And, surprise! "They returned to Jerusalem with great joy." They are not sad because, although they no longer see Jesus as before, they feel him close, very close! - Through the Holy Spirit, God is present in our souls: thus it is still easier to talk with God.
