Gospel text (Mt 19,13-15): Little children were brought to Jesus that He might lay his hands on them with a prayer. But the disciples scolded those who brought them. Jesus then said, «Let them be! Do not stop the children from coming to me, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to people such as these». Little children were brought to Jesus that He might lay his hands on them with a prayer. But the disciples scolded those who brought them. Jesus then said, «Let them be! Do not stop the children from coming to me, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to people such as these». So Jesus laid his hands on them and went his way.

Today Jesus shows his special love for children. They are "poor" of age, of experience; of knowledge ... Therefore, we must attend to them with a particular kind of love. In fact, we must all become as children when in the presence of God. But as soon as we get a “little older”, nobody can tell us anything because we do not listen to anyone.

"Before God, how can we not listen to Him?" The most genuine thing about Christianity is precisely to hear the voice of God.
