Gospel text (Lk 8,1-3): Jesus walked through towns and countryside, preaching and giving the good news of the kingdom of God. The Twelve followed him, and also some women (...) who provided for them out of their own funds. Jesus walked through towns and countryside, preaching and giving the good news of the kingdom of God. The Twelve followed him, and also some women who had been healed of evil spirits and diseases: Mary called Magdalene, who had been freed of seven demons; Joanna, wife of Chuza, Herod's steward; Suzanna and others who provided for them out of their own funds.

Today comes out an important theme: Jesus Christ, 20 years ago, counted on women. He relied very much on her collaboration and was very attentive to femininity. In those days the woman counted for nothing. He could not even act as a witness in a trial. With Jesus, things began to change...

- Who supported Jesus on Calvary? Who was in the tomb for the burial? Who did find the Lord there when He resurrected? Do you need more questions? Whoever is behind the times is not God, but men!
