1. General Information

These General Terms and Conditions govern the usage of the Website evangeli.net, which can be accessed from the main address evangeli.net. In compliance with the Law directive # 34/2002, of July 11th, regarding Services of the Society of Information and Electronic Trade, it is hereby stated that this Website has been made, is being kept and is the property of the mercantile society "M&M Euroeditors, S.L.", with head office at Ctra. C–149, Km. 1, 08619 BORREDÀ (Barcelona, Spain), and CIF: G-66352931, registered in the Barcelona Mercantile Register, Volume 29.785, Folio 0176, Sheet B–160623. Users will be able to establish direct and effective communication with the society owner of the present site not only by way of a personal visit or mail addressed to the head office, at the previously mentioned address, but also at the following e-mail address: secretaria@evangeli.net.

2. Acceptance of usage terms

Access to this website or its usage in any way, implies the acceptance of each and every one of the present General Terms and Conditions of usage, and of those M&M EUROEDITORS may, at their sole discretion, establish in future. Consequently, it will be the responsibility of each user and/or visitor to carefully read the applicable general terms of use each time he/she access this website. Using certain services will also imply unconditional acceptance of the particular norms and regulations M&M EUROEDITORSmight eventually set up as a specific, substitutive or complementary character of the present General Terms and Conditions.

Except for a previous and express authorization in writing from M&M EUROEDITORS, users may only use the contents and services of this website, for their own personal usage and, therefore, they will refrain from carrying out any activity that, directly or indirectly, pretends their commercial exploitation. Users will utilize the contents and services furnished by evangeli.net in conformity with all applicable laws, and will be held liable for any behavioral activity that may, otherwise, turn out to be illegal or offensive for any third party rights or that can impair, prevent or limit the usage of this website to other users. The appellative evangeli.net as a web, or any other distinctive signs (graphic or denominative) appearing in this website are the property of the society “M&M EUROEDITORS”, which has the sole and exclusive right to use them in the market. Its usage is, therefore, forbidden to any third party lacking the necessary authorization. The eventual occurrence in this site of distinctive signs belonging to any party other than that mentioned in the previous disposition, is of non-commercial purpose whatsoever and has been fully authorized by its legal proprietary, whose rights are totally respected herewith.

5.2. Domain Names

Along the same lines of what is set up in provision 5.1, the domain evangeli.net, and all those allowing direct access to the present site, are the exclusive property of the society “M&M EUROEDITORS”, or their utilization have been duly authorized by their legal proprietors. Its unduly use in the market would necessarily imply a material breach of the rights conferred by its registration and will be prosecuted under the Spanish applicable Law.

5.3. Author’s Rights

5.3.1. All contents, texts, photographs, artwork, logos, images, audio & video, animations, tapes, computer software, font codes and, in general, any intellectual creation existing in this site, as well as the whole website as multimedia artwork, are duly protected by the Law on Author’s Rights in the present legislation regarding industrial property.

5.3.2. The files or computer software not owned by evangeli.net are not included in the above mentioned protection and are, therefore, of free access (freeware), that the user can unload from different pages of this site or facilitate their access. In any case, they are applications that are expressly considered by their authors as of public domain.

5.4. Legal clauses

The usage of contents and/or services of evangeli.net does not imply the grant of any license or usage authorization of any kind over their intellectual or industrial property rights or over any other right whatsoever. The user of this website herewith acknowledge and undertakes to abide by the above mentioned rights and to avoid any activity that might be detrimental for them. M&M EUROEDITORS is to be hold harmlessfor the accessed contents available in these links, or for any modifications that they may suffer, or for the way they may be utilized, or for their technical non-availability. However, M&M EUROEDITORS undertakes to take the necessary steps to avoid the existence in their website of any links with illegal, racist or xenophobic contents, or that, in general, may attempt against the principle of freedom and human dignity or infringe the values and rights recognized by the Spanish Constitution and by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. 9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The Spanish Law governs these General Terms and Conditions of Usage. Any controversy arising in relation with M&M EUROEDITORS’ website will be settled before the Spanish jurisdiction, and the parties acquiesce to submit themselves to the Courts of Law of the city of Barcelona, and their higher Courts, with express waiver to any other jurisdiction, if any, that would be different from the hereby mentioned ones.
